Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
Return window: 7 days from delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks, accessories, and clearance items.
3. Return Process

4. Exchanges
Available for size or defective items (subject to stock).
5. Refunds
Processed after quality check.
Prepaid: 10-15 business days
COD: Store credit or bank transfer
6. Damaged / Defective Items
Report within 48 hours with images.
7. Rejection Conditions
Used, washed, damaged, or late returns will be rejected.
8. Return the item
User needs to return the item themselves; the return courier fee will not be reimbursed/Returned.
