Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high demand, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended. You will be notified accordingly.

  • We currently ship across India, covering all major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes.
  • Delivery availability depends on courier service reachability in your area.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Package weight and size
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected products (as mentioned on the product page).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking page.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are correct.
  • Zelcius is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Failure

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailability

The order may be returned to origin, and re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will initiate a replacement or refund after courier investigation.

🔄 International Shipping

  • Currently, Zelcius ships only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
